Yes, we carry general liability (GL) insurance, workers compensation (workers comp) insurance and commercial auto.
Our goal is to be on-site for a consult either the same day or within 48 hours pending geographic location. Written estimates are provided for all work.

Generally, we hold prices for 15 days. When the markets are volatile, sometimes we can only hold prices for a week.
Yes, 2D and/or 3D drawings provided upon request as part of our design services, so, we do charge for drawings and it all depends in the type and size of project.
We can begin work on your project as soon as the details are agreed to and the contract is signed. This will ensure we understand your expectations and agree to the details of your project.
We aim to leave the job site cleaner than when we arrived. Of course, what we do can be dirty. We tarp our work area, broom sweep and magnetic broom sweep the work area to get any possible debris. We also provide porta potties where applicable.
With any remodeling project, you can’t see everything until exposed. We over-communicate every exception we see and involve you in the process and solution. Any changes are discussed prior and agreed upon by you prior to us taking any action.
We only use the highest quality professionals and skilled workers. All of them are fully bonded and insured, and they meet all licensing requirements.
Do you offer financing?
We do not offer financing but, we’ll look for a lender who can assist you.
We will create a project plan at our first meeting detailing every cost aspect of your project. Payment will be expected at various points of the project and will be clearly spelled out in the contract to avoid surprises. if you have any the question once you receive the invoice, please let us know as some as you receive because our scope of work and plan is also tide to the on-time payment completed by the customer.
After discussing your ideas, we will create a detailed contact and production schedule with you. We want to know your goals for the project, the things that may concern you about it, and where your budget is fixed. Once we begin work, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
The budget and a reasonable timeframe are stated in the contract, which is signed by all parties with copies provided before breaking ground or starting any project. We do what we say, when we say. With that said, there is an Act of God provision in the contract, and during those situations such as a hurricane construction may be delayed. We have a proven track record of completing jobs on time and within budget, and you are free to check our references.
All projects are different, and so are their requirements. We strive to use local resources as much as possible for your project. Because we have years of contracting industry experience, we have relationships with many quality manufacturers and businesses that allow us to pass the savings on to you.
Important materials are specified in the contract. All materials are covered, however, as substitutions are sometimes unavoidable (lots of bricks run out, for example, colors of materials are sometimes no longer available), I make it clear that an equal substitution will be made but only upon your approval. For items such as lighting fixtures or doorknobs that you have not chosen when the contract is signed, a budget is determined in the contract to cover exactly what will be spent on them.
