Frequently asked questions
Kitchen Remodeling FAQs
Cost depends on the size of the kitchen, whether you replace or reface your cabinets, the countertop and tile materials you choose, and whether plumbing, electrical or walls need to move. We give you a free written estimate after visiting your home.
If your cabinet boxes are solid and you like the layout, refacing gives you a new look for less by replacing doors, drawer fronts and visible surfaces. If you want a new layout or the boxes are damaged, new cabinets are the better choice. We help you decide during the consultation.
Key materials are specified in your contract. If a product runs out or is discontinued, we offer an equal substitute and only use it with your approval. For items you have not picked yet, such as light fixtures, the contract sets an allowance.
We can begin as soon as the details are agreed on and the contract is signed. That way we’re sure we understand your expectations before work starts.
Yes, 2D and/or 3D drawings provided upon request as part of our design services, so, we do charge for drawings and it all depends in the type and size of project.
